Is your transportation cheaper than a standard taxi?
Our prices are slightly cheaper than a standard taxi – assuming that you find an honest taxi driver and you are travelling to the centre. Prague is notorious for dishonest taxi drivers who overcharge their guests extraordinarily.
How can I book my transfer?
- Transfers to the Prague airport ‘Ruzyne’ must be ordered at least one hour before your desired pick up time. If you call for an immediate pick up we will do our best to arrange a car either with our drivers or with another partner.
- Transfers from the Prague airport must be ordered at least one hour before the departure from your flight origin.
- When you are ordering your transfer via phone, SMS or email, we require the following information: first and family name, number of passengers, flight number, flight origin, arrival time to Prague and mobile phone number including country code.
- The more advance notice you provide for your transfer booking the better!
I did not receive a confirmation e-mail or SMS, what should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation from us via e-mail or SMS within a few hours, please contact us on the given phone numbers. In most cases this is due to spam filters flagging an e-mail by mistake, either in your or our inbox. Please check your spam folder before calling.
Are transfer prices valid for all areas of Prague?
No. The price is limited to within 25 km from the airport (covers almost the whole of central Prague). If your transfer is for a location outside of this area, you will be notified with the exact price.
Do you provide transfers non-stop?
Yes. Our transfers are available 24-hours every day. Contact numbers are only operated from 3:00 to 24:00. For late night transfers the transportation may be provided by our partners. There is a 10% surcharge added to the price for flights arriving after midnight.
I have extra large or a lot of luggage, what can I do?
No problem, most of our cars are minivans. If you have extra large or many pieces of luggage send us the details in advance to ensure your pick up car is big enough. Standard luggage is 1 suitcase and 1-2 small bags per person; if you have more than this or are carrying sports equipment let us know.
How can I pay for my transfer?
Payment is made directly with your driver in either of the following currencies – CZK, EUR, USD or GBP. If time permits you may also pay in advance via bank transfer. Companies have the option of payments by invoice, only with prior agreement.
Can I have an invoice/tax document for my transfer?
If you inform us in advance that you require an invoice the driver can give it to you immediately upon payment. If you request an invoice at the time of your transfer it can be sent via post or email. Invoices must be prepared by our accounts department and therefore cannot be provided at the time of transfer unless pre-arranged.
I am travelling with a baby, do you have a seat for it?
This is not a problem, we can provide a baby seat free of charge. Please provide information on the number of children and their ages at the time of booking.
